Sunrise at Monument Valley is truly a must see. Something about the landscape, the atmosphere, and the valleys ability to never seem to disappoint when it comes to providing yet a number on moments that can take your breath away. With this image, I wanted the focus to not be on the sun itself, but instead I wanted to show the light on the landscape as it slowly became illuminated by the rising sun. Just my take on a location that is very popular, and shot very, very often.
