    Reported by:

We have a small, three quarter acre lot on the outskirts of Millersville, Pennsylvania, where I have dedicated the lower portion to be “my urban forest”. One of the features is a small pond, four feet in diameter, periodically stocked with goldfish and frogs. I say periodically because this stately “bird of prey” has discovered this tiny cash of fish and occasionally stops by for a meal. There is no natural open water within a mile or more, and yet he has discovered this tiny water hole.
