While planning on visiting this place I was expecting to see the famous Blue Pond of Shirogane. What I found instead, was this magnificent and very peaceful, nearly monochromatic, view of the lake. It was certainly different from what I expected but in a very good way. It almost seems like time had stopped and every organism was just waiting for spring to return in order to wake up.
