Another magnificent species of Lizard, I encountered during my three years of life at Theni, is "Fan-throated Lizard (Sitana sp.)". Even though not able to find out the exact species, its damn awesome to see them changing their neck colours and flapping them to attract the females. One evening, I spent more than 2 hours, sitting with a pair of these lizards.
