I rushed to capture this spontaneous moment before my courageous friend decided to run back down. (She was often unpredictable!) We had arrived at Triund Peak and were treated to this moving view of the snow-capped Dhauladhar Range. Describing the magic of the mountains is difficult, yet this moment felt particularly special.
