Surfing the biggest waves in the world!
February the 26th 2017. The biggest swell of the winter from a massive Atlantic storm producing waves in excess of 20 meters. I was able to stand on the light house roof for the entire day to watch the spectacle of big wave surfers from around the world tackling these monsters.
This is Australian Jamie Mitchel on a massive left hander. The day was totally surreal and incredibly captivating. I now work as agent for big wave surfer Andrew Cotton and visit Nazare when I can to see the big waves.
