a moment in the Mandalay Palace
Riding bicycles through the bustling city of Mandalay, visiting the palace was a nice break. We wandered in and out of the numerous buildings, ornate and very red. Moving I n and out of each structure, people slipped their shoes on and off, experiencing a moment in a life from the past. Around one corner I found this sweet face cheeks protected by the local sunscreen from ground Thanaka. I was drawn to her with her serene friend, perfect companions.
