Legwork
Letting go of tomorrow and taking in the world as it comes is not an easy thing to do. Touching down solo on the south island of New Zealand I found myself hiking, discovering beautiful landscapes, seeing strange animals, tasting new foods, and laughing with people from places I had never been. These experiences taught me that it's better to push off in a new direction with a positive attitude than obsess over yesterday's goals; to be present and appreciate the diversity of an open-ended future.
