During recent visit to London we witnessed an unusual snow-storm over the city. Clearly not something that the Londoners face every day or even year. And the question poped to my mind. How come ??? London: population 9 million, snowfall: 20 cm - Everything runs! Paris : population 2.5 million, snowfall : 5 snowflakes - Everything stops!
