A child plays with his mother whilst a police officer takes a seat. I took this photo on the 1st September 2017 while visiting Shenyang Imperial Palace. I love taking photos of people in public as you so often capture an innocence when it comes to their facial expression - especially in the case of children. I was very pleased to get both the policeman and child in one photo, as I think that I have managed to catch a slice of Chinese community in a photograph, with leisure and work represented.
