During passover holidays Ultra Orthodox Jewish celebrate freedom at the beach in Tel-Aviv, Israel, and go with their full garments into the waters. Those kids try to wear their pants without getting it wet again. Soon enough it became a game and a dance of it's own - kids will be kids :)
