This is how they do it
Kushti is an Indian wrestling form that dates back thousands of years. Kushti is now slowly fading away to the rapid modernization, and advent of new techniques. I tracked down an akhara (kushti organization) in Varanasi. There are some dedicated wrestlers who still practice this everyday early morning. Kushti has odd techniques to warm up, which includes hopping in circles around the ring, hanging upside down from the ceiling, and many more. Here Ramoji, the master shows me how they do it.
