At the age of 11, I became interested in photography. My mom had a Brownie camera and let me start using it. The brownie camera sits front and center in my display case. I have acquired many cameras over the years and even found some antiques. I have anxiety with meeting new people, but if I have my camera in hand, it disappears. It seems there are no strangers when you have a camera. The camera has helped me become more confident and make new friends. NGYS has done that as well.
