Far away from the nearest modernized city in Qinghai, I traveled with Oxfam for around 10 hours in order to visit the Tibetan students staying in this boarding school. Instead of rushing back to their room after lunch to play with their smartphone or tablet, these kids are finding a suitable space in this small room packed with 8 students so they can take out their book and start studying.

Jenn Poggi and I both wanted to leave an Editor's Note — but Your Shot photographer Elizabeth Paoletti did our job for us: "I love this image and how you composed it. [S]o many people to look at. Including the legs and shoes dangling off the side of the bed is genius. [T]his directs me to the two little girls in the back who are so immersed in what they are doing. Wonderful photo, Antonio :)"
