I had the honor of photographing a paddle out tribute to the victims of the horrible shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. The paddle out was orchestrated by students and citizens of the Parkland and Deerfield Beach area of South Florida. It was a privilege to be able to photograph such an emotional and impactful moment that effects so many lives. Young people in South Florida are using tragedy to unite and not divide and that is something we should all be proud of.
