Newroz or Nawroz[1] (Kurdish: نهورۆز/Newroz/Nawroz, also: Gulus[2] Kurdish: گوڵوس) refers to the celebration of the traditional Iranian peoples' New Year holiday of Nowruz in Kurdish culture.
