The old SILK ROUTE in Sikkim is an offshoot of th ancient and historic Silk road,which was once a large network of trade avenues.The part which passes through Sikkim,connects China & India via the Lhasa,Nathula and Jelep La Pass & reaches Tamralipto(now Tamluk)in West Bengal.The first time I visited the place and fall in love,the zigzag road looks so beautifull under the floating clouds and all surrounded by mountain ranges.the scape I kept tight to keep the attention towards the beautiful road.
