Our river is currently 7ft. above flood stage. Though this picture projects the beauty of water, people and animals alike, are suffering. Homes are flooding and deer are being forced out of their habitats as backwater floods our streets, and neighborhoods. Sadly, deceased deer have become a common site along roadsides.
