The galactic center slowing rose above the top of Mt. Shasta, California. The small town at the bottom is called Weed (yes, you are reading it right). I am so greatful that the light pollution was almost minimal there so that I was able to capture this shot. After I went home, I was totally blown away by the insane details of the milky way, so much details that I only need to make minimal editing to the photo. This photo is taken with only one exposure.
