Bluebirds are significant to my boyfriend's family. Bluebirds are symbolic of his late maternal grandmother & his late paternal grandfather, a former professional photographer. One day in February, I noticed a family of bluebirds perched outside of my boyfriend's house. I ran outside with my camera & the bluebirds posed for me; they did not fly away. We like to believe it was a sign that my boyfriend's late grandparents are looking out for all of us.
