Just a little peek
My husband and I love to visit the Sax-Zim Bog and hike the many trails that they have. Recently, we were walking along a trail in the hope to see a Northern Harrier we had spotted flying by. As I was searching a small brown spot running down the ditch below me caught my eye. A mink was playing in the snow filled ditch. He had no fear of me and ran around the sticks and snow having fun, only glancing at me once in a while. When he was done, he continued on his way down the frozen ditch.
