    Edit Photo Details The Waiting...   #india #festival #people #kerala #mood #monochrome #blackandwhite #ritual #bnw #religiousceremony
I got this shot from a religious festival called 'Bharani Festival' celebrated yearly at Kodungallur near Thrissur in Kerala, India. It normally falls between the months of March and April. 'Kavu Theendal' is another major part of the festival. Here, people are waiting under the Banyan tree for the ritual to start. I thought Black and White would suit this picture more because their white clothes and the bright light in the background comes in contrast with their shadowy figures.
