Kitesurfing in Toronto in November is only for the committed. Despite the cold waters, these enthusiasts congregate on a small beach close to the city. One kitesurfer caught my attention due to his colourful apparel so I focused in on him and for a moment, it seemed as though he was simply enjoying the sunset colours reflecting off the cityscape beyond before engaging in some aerial acrobatics. I knew that they would return to the same beach despite the winter months; I was right.
