    This monastery was constructed in the 7th century, built 900m above the Paro valley with no motor-able roads, almost a 2 hr steep trek. Inhabited with 4 monks. Bhutanese people climb up to pay homage to lord Padmasambhava. They say if we construct a rope way or road it will become easy and hence reducing the devotion and adoration of our God.
