On my recent walk at the canal, I looked over to where I often see wood ducks, kingfishers, and other creatures. This large branch is a perch and hangout for lots of birds and wildlife. I did a double take when I noticed it was filled with turtles! I cherish my nature hikes, as you never know what wildlife and beauty in nature you will see from one day to the next.
