My series Texas Flea Market Dreams is comprised of images of odds and ends found in Texas border town flea markets and road side stands. Some are beautiful, some strange, and some scary and odd. A microcosm of South Texas culture containing whispers of cowboys, Día de los Muertos celebrations, sunflowers, butterflies and various curiosities all baking in the sun-drenched heat of a South Texas afternoon. When I look at these images they feel like dreams of Texas.
