Robber Crabs can be found all over Christmas Island, an Australian external territory in the Indian Ocean. They quite literally own the roads with drivers required to drive around them, are prolific climbers and have a penchant for shiny objects. This is a baby robber crab found resting in the hollow of a tree truck at the top of hughes dale waterfall in December 2017.
