On either side of the Limmat River you will find the picturesque lanes of central Alstadt (Old Town), reflecting the pre-medieval history of this beautiful city. I set up this shot waiting patiently for the sunset to fall over the church. However, the clouds quickly moved in erasing any chance of seeing some crazy golden hour light. I decided to stick around to capture this beautiful city during the blue hour and i was pleasantly surprised with the result.
