Patagonian Night Sky From EcoCamp
My first attempt at shooting the Milky Way was in Patagonia. I now know that I needed to bump up my ISO and wish I could go back and try again. It was a miracle I got to shoot at all because the airline lost my luggage and my tripod was in my suitcase. The first night we were there, the skies were clear and I was disappointed that I couldn't shoot. Since the weather is unpredictable there, I worried I wouldn't get another chance, but the day my luggage arrived, the skies opened up to this!
