    This photo was taken more than a year ago. Our city lake was abuzz with painted storks, eurasian spoonbills, grey herons, black-winged stilts, red-rumped swallows, river terns, lapwings, ducks etc.,. Sadly such scenes are hard to come by these days with ever depleting water levels due to drought like situations during last few years and loss of natural habitats.
