The splendid Milky Way was rising over a sand ridge behind a bunch of desert plant. The Kubuqi Desert in Inner Mongolia is a place I loved a lot and visited more than once. The feeling of wilderness and emptyness always stimulate my awe for nature, while the beautiful and mysterious veins of sand is a great playground for creative photography. The moment I enjoy most is of course after sunset, when a dazzling night sky appears in this vast place far from city lights.
