I have friends who spend long may weekend in the woods. They have been doing it for last 20 years, EVERY YEAR, SAME PLACE... People come together from different parts of the country and Europe to spend these couple of days together in the woods, very much unplugged, no running water, electricity, nothing but these huge trees around you. This tradition has been cultivated since they were kids, now being adults. Yet it lasts... Is it the place, or people?

Wow, this image had me stopped in my tracks when I saw it. Very nicely composed, Agnieszka and thank you for sharing so much details in your caption. You have well documented a place that others love as you take in the scene as a spectator. I love how this image is toned and your decision to frame your friend in the center of the location. All of these elements come together to produce an excellent photograph! Bravo.
