Leiden is a relatively small town compared to the Hague, Amsterdam, Rotterdam and a few other Dutch cities but once was one of the largest and most prosperous towns in the Netherlands. The University is world renowned for many discoveries. It is a place to walk through and enjoy at a leisurely pace.I moved here as an adult but it feels like home, I love it for its beauty and its easy way of life.
