The former Old Hill Street Police Station, now Ministry of Communications and Information and the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth building is a colonial landmark in Singapore. Known for its colourful window frames and facade, I captured this moment as people were walking by to juxtapose people and the scale of the building.
