I saw this finch in the memorial park about those who died in the battles for Kharkov during the Second World War.      Chaffinch (Latin Fringílla coélebs) is a songbird of the finch family. Distributed in Europe, West Asia and North Africa; settles in the East. Dwells in forests and parks of all types, often near human habitation.
