We had the narrow, winding streets of the Old Town in Cuenca to pretty much ourselves since it was quite early on a cold winter morning. The Cathedral and the houses along the edges of the deep gorges of the Júcar and Huécar rivers are beautiful but we had more fun ambling into random alleyways and admiring the Moorish- and Gothic-influenced houses and structures.
