I observed that the cloud formation gave rise to the illusion that the funnel in the faux ship was emitting smoke. I needed to make the photograph look abstract as well so I captured the image using the bridge as the foreground. Finding a moment when there was no one crossing the bridge and before the cloud formation changed was challenging.
