    I encountered this Eastern Tiger Swallowtail (Papilio Glaucus) on a button bush (Cephalanthus occidentalis) blossom while I was kayaking. I have found when kayaking that wildlife is less worried about me approaching. The same was true for this butterfly that let me get very close as I took this photo.
