Edit Photo Details The girls from the clock tower.   #india #color #rajasthan #colour #streetphotography
If there is a word that describes women in India it is resilience. India is a hard country to be a woman or a girl. They suffer all forms of abuses, child marriage is very much a reality, and then there is the caste system which was officially abolished in 1949 but that extraoficially still exists and the women are the ones who feel its repercussions the most. We met these girls at the clock tower square in Jodphur and their curiosity, joy and kindness was heartwarming.
