    No better way to make use of a wood fired oven than to make puffy, delicious bagels.

    The low light from the side really highlights the texture of the raw dough for the bagels. I love that you weren't afraid to capture the moments with hands in the frame, adding a the human element to a food still life. The perspective is awesome from above!
