At eighteen stories in height, the old Pigot building built in downtown Hamilton, Ontario in 1937 was once the crown jewel of this working-class city known mostly for its' two large steel mills - no longer viable operation the city has seen some hard times the last few decades but seems to be on a resurgence at the moment
