Norinji Palau is one of the traditional Afgan dishes and I’m extremely lucky to be part of this traditional dish that took hours in the making. This dish has 3 different types of rice, orange peels, chicken, almonds, flaked pistachios, rosewater, green and white cardamom seeds. This dish was made by a special friend of mine - Razia Omarkhail.

The light hitting the different colors in this dish is beautiful! I love how you styled the food on a plain white plate that frames the food against a beautiful textile background. Well done!
