Not only cheese, but also beautiful ancient buildings! Our neighbours said it’s a beautiful day, we’re leaving for Edam in 5 minutes, would you like to come? So John and I stopped what we were doing and went to enjoy the sun and a good lunch. These are my memories of Holland. Edam is a wonderful historic place to visit, particularly with good friends!
