One of the most memorable sightings of my life as it was during the middle of the night we found this beautiful sub-adult leopard on the outskirts of Chandrapur city with some highly knowledgeable friends and their fantastic tracking and spotting abilities. We found this leopard on the side of the road sitting behind a thicket of dry shrubs on one of the sublet roads on a National Highway that runs through the buffer forest.
