This picture was taken on the small island of Taquile on Lake Titicaca. This unique island covered in terraces and laced with pathways is home to 2,000 people. The farm Canadian Rainbow trout in theri fish farms, they raise sheep and they farm. Taquile has no police, no vehicles and no electricity. This unique livelihood has been passed down from generation to generation.
