river crossing
early morning in a small town of zhejiang, china, south of shanghai. a foot bridge was built over the ojiang river many many years ago. people still use this bridge to cross the river for daily activities today. that particular day, water was very calm and misty fogs formed around the bridge. people went by for business. I waited for this moment. Animals, especial domesticated animals are big helpers for farmers for generations. Buffalos are used for farming for thousand years till now in Asia.
Fantastic Yu. I love Your Shot photographer Janet Ellison's comment: "Love the reflections, fog/mist, and how you framed all of it. I grew up in Japan and been in countries where there were farmers like this so appreciate the work involved. I can imagine them carefully crossing on that bridge. I feel like this shot tells a story and really like the feel and mood of it. Lovely shot!" I am glad you waited for this moment. Well done.
