A cat is hiding in plain sight. Too plain, not hidden. We have been in a long term love and hate relationship, because it likes to steal fish for our diner, so we like to shoo it. But when it doesn't show up for days, we miss it and wonder if it is still alive. No one can keep it at home, it always runaway. It lives on the street, but somehow, it always manages to keep itself clean and tidy.
