A young alpine ibex male walks along a hiking path at the Creux du Van in Switzerland. In the evening after all the tourists and hikers have gone home, a family of ibex venture from the forest below unto the fields above to graze on grass. Habituated to human presence, the ibex let you come up very close for photos. Located only an hour drive from home, Creux du Van has become a favorite photo destination of mine.
