I took this shot just around sunset, when I was sitting by the empty roadside. This road connects Kaza-Ramrik to Losar. It was August and there were clouds in the sky that gave a beautiful effect to the overall landscape, but produced no rains. As I sat enjoying the compete silence, I noticed two men walking at a distance on the road. The huge mountains, the bleak surroundings with no sign of a single leaf, and two tiny human figures gave a very different alien dimension to the entire setting.
