Visiting Yellowstone in the Winter is like visiting another planet. The steam from nearby geysers covers much of the park in a thick cloudy haze, making you feel like you're walking into an abyss. Out of the clouds appears trees, streams, and wildlife hidden from view only a few feet away. And the steam creates thick crystalline snow and frost on everything it touches (including your hair!)
